He had a totally buried penis with chronic inflammation and destruction of his remaining penile skin. He underwent pubic tacking with pubic reconstruction and excision of his inflamed penile skin. His penis was covered with a thick split thickness skin graft.

35 year old who had necrotizing fasciitis (flesh-eating bacteria) over his abdomen and genitalia. His penis, abdomen, and testicles were covered with split thickness skin grafts by other surgeons. His testicles are not in a normal location, and he did not have a scrotum. He underwent removal of the skin grafts of his testicles and penis. His testicles were freed and placed in a scrotum reconstructed using split thickness skin grafts. The penis was covered with a thick skin graft.
