The patient is a 45 year old male to female transsexual who underwent breast augmentation with saline implants placed under the pectoralis major muscle. Her right nipple-areolar complex was lower than the left, so it was elevated with a crescent mastopexy (some skin was removed above the areola). The only incision on the right breast is along the upper portion of the areola, and the only incision on the left breast is along the lower border of the areola.
