Penis and Scrotum Reconstruction

Various congenital and acquired deformities of the penis and scrotum can be reconstructed.  The penis can be hidden or the skin damaged by chronic inflammation.  The penile skin can be replaced by a skin graft, which will restore length and eliminate chronic discomfort.  If the entire scrotum is enlarged with lymphedema or another irreversible cause, or if it is destroyed by skin loss, then a new scrotum can be reconstructed from skin grafts.  The new scrotum can appear remarkably normal.
