45 year old male who had an unsuccessful repair of congenital curvature at age 28 by another physician. I performed a successful penile plication at the age of 45.

21 year old male with congenital downward curvature of his penis. The operation was done through an incision on the underside of the penis on the medial raphe, so there will not be any obvious scar.

B. Straight penis at the end of the operation. The penis is checked with an artificial erection at the end of the repair. The length may look slightly smaller only due to the angle of the penis, which is pointed up towards the patient's head.
